Refund and Return Policy for Whisq
Age Restriction:
You must be 21 years or older to use this website. By using Whisq.de, you acknowledge and accept the following terms. If you do not agree to these terms or are under 21, please do not use this site.
Final Sale Policy:
At Whisq, all sales are final. We do offer full refunds or returns on every product. Our client’s satisfaction is our first priority so we will fully refund you incase of any damaged, lost or unwanted shipment you receive. Shipping costs are fully refundable by us for all items shipped to you.
Failed Delivery Attempts:
If your order is not received after the designated delivery attempts and is returned to us, we will issue you a full refund. Shipping costs will also be refunded. If the package is returned damaged due to delivery issues or refusal, you will also be fully refunded.
Exchanges and Store Credit:
Exchanges and store credit are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
- Damaged Product: If your item arrives significantly damaged and you purchased shipping insurance at checkout, you automatically qualify for a replacement if it is in stock. If the item is out of stock, store credit for the damaged item’s purchase price will be issued or we will fully refund you if you chose.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item that does not match your order, we will send you the correct item upon receiving the incorrect one back using a return label we provide. If the correct item is no longer in stock, store credit for the incorrect item will be issued or we will fully refund you if you chose.
Order Cancellations:
To cancel an order that has not yet been packaged or shipped, please contact us.
Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon delivery. If you find an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@whisq.de. For lost items, file a claim at the same email address.
