Shipping Policy for Whisq

Welcome to Whisq! Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order. By using our site, you acknowledge that you are at least 21 years old and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from our site. A signature from someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.

2. Legal Compliance

It is your responsibility to ensure that your state or county laws permit the shipment of wines or spirits products. Each state has different regulations regarding these products, and you must verify your eligibility before ordering. Whisq accepts all liability for orders shipped.

3. Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance can be purchased at the time of checkout to cover lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Minor damages or cosmetic defects may occur during transit, and Whisq is fully responsible for these. We do accept liability for lost shipments, including those lost due to hold requests or delivery rescheduling. In these cases, we will fully refund the client or replace the goods at no extra cost to them. 

4. Order Processing and Shipping Times

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped within 1-5 business days. The cutoff time for same-day processing is 11 AM CET. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Please allow 1-5 days for delivery, especially during peak seasons. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a refund for that portion of your order.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We have no shipping restrictions. We ship worldwide. 

6. Return Policy

If your package is returned due to failed delivery, we will fully refund you, and shipping costs too are fully refunded if the package is returned damaged due to failed delivery attempts.

7. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will make a good faith effort to accommodate your request.

8. Title to Goods

Title to the goods transfers to you upon payment, and you are responsible for compliance with all local laws regarding the receipt of alcoholic beverages.

9. Damaged Items

While we take great care in packaging your order, please inspect your items upon delivery. Any discrepancies or damages must be reported within three (3) business days.

10. Limitation of Liability

Whisq are liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site. 

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

All information on our site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we may have inadvertent errors.

12. Force Majeure

Whisq will not be liable for any delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including acts of God, civil unrest, or other emergencies.
