Whisq is authorized to ship products according to local laws. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your state’s laws regarding alcoholic beverages. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 21 years old and authorize Whisq to charge your credit card for the total amount of your order. All orders require an adult signature upon delivery.
11. Image Representation
Product images are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product received. All bottles are typically 750ml unless otherwise specified.
12. Taxation
You are solely responsible for filing and paying any sales and/or taxes applicable to your order in your state of residency.
13. Assignment
Whisq may assign, transfer, or subcontract its rights and obligations under these Terms without notification or consent. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms.
